李永旺，硕士研究生，主任医师，大连医科大学、锦州医科大学兼职教授，硕士研究生导师，大连市友谊医院副院长。中华医学会辽宁心血管分会委员、辽宁省老年病学会心血管专业委员、辽宁省重症医学学会心血管专业委员、大连市医学会理事、中华医学会大连市心血管分会委员、大连市医师协会心血管内科分会委员、大连市医师协会心力衰竭分会委员等。从事心血管专业二十多年，精于心内科常见病、多发病及危重症的诊治，尤其擅长冠心病介入治疗及缓慢心律失常起搏器植入术，年均完成手术三百余例。
