付维利，主任医师，大外科主任，大连市友谊医院肝胆外科研究所所长，肝胆外二科主任，大连医科大学及锦州医科大学教授，硕士研究生导师。大连市医学会解剖专业委员会是现任主委，大连市医学会普外专业委员会肝癌组组长。从事普外科工作34年，主要擅长肝肿瘤诊断及切除、小肝癌的无水酒精注射、射频、微波消融等多模式序贯治疗；复杂肝内外胆管结石手术与配合纤胆鏡取石；肝硬化门脉高压症断流术；胰腺疾病诊断及胰十二指肠切除术切除、胰体尾肿瘤切除；胆囊癌及高位胆管癌根治性切除。对肝囊肿、肝脓肿的微创穿刺引流有丰富临床经验。在肝移植及术后并发症处理、抗排斥反应也有较深入的研究和经验。在肝胆胰外科疾病腔镜微创治疗有近千例临床经验。
